Are you able to supply discounts?

We are able to supply a discount if a certain quantity is ordered. Please contact us to find out what quantities are needed to offer discounts. We also offer trade discounts for creative partners.

How long does it take for my order to be made? 

Please allow 10-12 weeks to manufacture your order. Please note all products are made to order and some are currently made in batches to reach our price point. Lead time is based on manufacture once our minimum batch threshold is met.

Can I get my product made faster?

This is possible but our main delay is due to working in batches to reach lower pricing. Our manufacturer is able to make a single piece to order but this will incur higher cost. Please get in touch to find out more.

Change in material characteristics

The hardwoods we use are a natural material, which can change across its dimension depending on its environment. This can be caused by moisture and temperature fluctuations.

When constructing our products, we allow time for the wood to settle to its environment, but sometimes warpage, shrinkage and dimensions changes may still occur, particularly when the furniture is shipped to climates different to that in which it was made. We cannot accept returns based on climatic differences. Addressing issues of moisture will often resolve the issue.

What can I do if I'm unhappy with my order

If you are unhappy with your purchase, under Distant Selling Regulations you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund (excluding postal charges). 

Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. If the item is damaged, please send an email to bmh.commissions@gmail.com including photographs and videos as evidence of the damage.

Do you do custom orders?

We do. Please get in touch with your brief and we will be able share an estimated quote. Please note to expect a longer lead time, due to design development prior to manufacture.

Domestic and International shipping rates and estimates

Prices vary dependant on location. Please get in touch to get a quote. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
